Guaranty Services
We provide timely guaranty approvals, complete processing of loan applications, and escrow services for schools and lenders through the AES Fund Transfer Service. When borrowers enter repayment, our servicing centers maintain borrower repayment files, counsel borrowers through pre-claims assistance programs, and help consolidate student loan debt for interested borrowers. Our Agency also provides comprehensive default collection services.
As a result of aggressive pre-claims assistance efforts, our default trigger rate of 1.4 percent is one of the lowest in the country, which translates directly to low default rates for its customers. While other guaranty agencies are losing 40 percent or more of their student loan volume, we continue to expand and provide services nationwide while maintaining more than 90 percent of our student loan volume.

- Federal Subsidized and Unsubsidized Stafford Loans.
- Federal PLUS Loans.
- Federal Consolidation Loans.
