We offer a one-stop online resource for students’ individual financial aid information. Using a secure server, access all relevant student aid information quickly and conveniently through a single portal. Borrowers can also schedule online electronic fund transfers for their accounts up to 60 days in the future and can view their payment histories, also.
Our eCommunications Center provides specialized support to help you with technical issues, such as:
- Logging in to your account
- Remembering your password
- Using the website
Using the latest internet and communications technology, our eCommunications Center allows you and your students to contact an AES representative directly using Web-enabled communications vehicles. Just click on any of the “eCommunications Center” links throughout the site and choose your contact option from the pop-up menu. We also offer traditional telephone and correspondence methods for maximum flexibility and convenience.
The eCommunications Center is available Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM (ET), except major holidays.
