About Account Authorizations
You can authorize us to release your loan information to certain individuals, like your parents or spouse. This gives them permission to contact us about any account-related issues.
An authorized third party:

| Interact with customer service via phone on your behalf. | Access your online account information. |
| Provide information concerning changes to your address or phone number. | Make online student loan payments for you. |
| Request us to mail or fax your loan information. | Request changes or adjustments to your loans. |
How to Authorize Others
Complete and submit a release form. Here's how:

| Step 1: | Sign in to Account Access on the right. |
| Step 2: | Go to "Account Profile." |
| Step 3: | Under Account Authorization, select the "Add New Authorization" button to download the form. |
| Step 4: | Complete and return your form to the address on the form. |
